Sand in Your Shoes

Children Playing on the Beach, 1884 by Mary Cassatt, The National Gallery of Art.
Mary Cassatt is well known for her paintings of children where she presents the children naturally as opposed to being idealized or as mini adults.
"Thanks to art, instead of seeing a single world, our own, we see it multiply until we have before us as many worlds as there are original artists." Marcel Proust
