Woman in Blue Dress

Louise de Broglie, The Countesse d'Haussonville by Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres, The Frick Collection
A French 19th Century painter known for his realism. I am particularly fond of his fabrics - so realistic and so lush.
This was the first post on YDA one year ago, it's my one year anniversary.

Hello, you have some great images here! I partuclarly enjoyed the Ingram St Tea Rooms In Glasgow!
I have a Charles Rennie Mackintosh jewellery website. It specialises in Charles
Rennie Mackintosh Art Nouveau jewellery (or " jewelry" as the Americans spell it)
and gifts and I would love you to take a look. I have also started a Charles Rennie
Mackintosh blog and would be thrilled if you could take a look if you get time. :-)
Happy Blogiversary!
